CHARGERS IMPROVE BY ONE STROKE ON DAY TWO OF THE 2024 NCAA ATLANTIC/EAST REGIONAL
Wheeling, W. Va. (5/10/24) The Dominican University New York men's golf team wrapped up round two of the 2024 NCAA Atlantic/East Regional today with a team score of 308 to sit in 15th place with a two-day total of 617.
Senior Nicolas Arrieta-Guerra (Bucaramanga, Colombia) finished the round with a 73 (+1) total score, compiling two birdies on the front nine and one on the back nine. Following today's round, Arrieta-Guerra has a two round score of 156 to be in a tie for 56th place.
Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Rookie of the Year, Bruno Pardo (Mexico City, Mexico), scored a 78 today to now sit in a tie for 41st place with a two-round score of 152.
Brikke Decoster (Lebbeke, Belgium) also shot a 78 today to now be in a tie for 65th place with a two-round score of 156.
Senior Alejandro Gomez Cervantes (Torreon, Mexico) shot a 79 (+9) today to now be in 104th place with a two-round score of 168, while Alexander Lundvall (Stockholm, Sweden) had an 82 today to now be in a tie for 78th place with a two-round score of 158.
The Chargers return to the links tomorrow in the final round of the 2024 NCAA Atlantic/East Regional Tournament.
