CHARGERS FINISH SECOND AT POST EAGLES FALL INVITATIONAL

Watertown, Conn. (10/15/24)  The Dominican University New York men's golf team completed the fall portion of their season with a second place finish at the Post Eagles Fall Invitational held yesterday and today at Watertown Golf Course.

The Chargers completed three rounds of play with scores of 298-297-298 to finish with an 893 total score and take second place overall among the 12 competing teams.

Alexander Lundvall took second place overall with a total score of 216 (74-68-74) to be three shots above par.  He finished the tournament with 12 birdies over the course of the three rounds and his second round score of 68 tied for lowest round score.

Right behind him was Bruno Pardo who took third place with a three-round score of 217 (70-73-74) to finish four strokes above par.  Pardo finished the tournament with eight birdies.

The Chargers will return to action in the spring and will look to earn a berth at the NCAA Atlantic/East Super Regional Tournament.
