CHARGERS RETURN TO D2CSC EAST REGION RANKINGS

Orangeburg, N.Y. (11/20/24)  The Dominican University New York men's basketball team returned to the D2CSC (College Sport Communicators) East Region Rankings this week after a one-week hiatus from the the top.

This week, the Chargers return to the poll at the #9 team in the East Region with an overall record of 2-1.  In action last week, DUNY defeated Adelphi University, lost to East Stroudsburg University and topped Franklin Pierce University.

In the first poll of the regular season Dominican received votes and in the preseason poll, the Chargers were also ranked ninth.

Dominican is one of four teams from the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) to be in the rankings as Thomas Jefferson University is third, Post University is fourth and Cadlwell University is eighth.
