HUSKIES UPEND MEN'S SOCCER

Bloomsburg, Pa. (10/30/24) The Dominican University New York men's soccer team wrapped up their non-conference schedule with Bloomsburg University.

The Chargers fell to the Huskies by a score of 4-0 to bring their overall record to 2-11-1. The Huskies improve to 13-2-1 overall.

Alessandro Guzzinati made four saves but suffered the loss. Brady Rimple started in goal for the Huskies and recorded the win. 

All four goals for Blooomsburg came in the second half started by Patrick Walsh who scored back to back for the 2-0 lead. 

Parker Nickelsen extended the lead to 3-0 in the 87th minute followed by Logan Savage who scored a PK goal in the 89th minute. 

The Chargers return home and return to conference play when they host Holy Family University on Saturday afternoon for Senior Day.
