SOFTBALL FALLS IN EAST REGION POLL

Orangeburg, NY (4/27/11) The Dominican College softball team has fallen one spot in this week's NCAA Division II East Region Softball rankings as was announced by the NCAA today.

Orangeburg, NY (4/27/11)  The Dominican College softball team has fallen one spot in this week's NCAA Division II East Region Softball rankings as was announced by the NCAA today.

The Lady Chargers were ranked fifth in last week's poll and fell to the sixth spot in this week's rankings after posting a 2-2 last week.  DC split Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) double-headers with Felician College and Post University.

Dominican has been in all of this season's East Region rankings and were ranked as high as fourth place.

The Lady Chargers are currently 27-17 overall after sweeping Concordia College in action yesterday.
