LADY CHARGERS MOVE UP IN D2CSC EAST REGION RANKINGS
Orangeburg, N.Y. (11/20/24) The Dominican University New York women's basketball team moved up four spots in this week's D2CSC (College Sport Communicators) East Region Poll as was announced on Monday.
This week's poll has the Lady Chargers sixth in the East Region with an overall record of 4-1. In action last week, DUNY lost to #3 Thomas Jefferson University and defeated both #9 Southern New Hampshire University and Franklin Pierce University.
Dominican is one of three teams from the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) to be in the rankings as previously mentioned #3 Thomas Jefferson University and #5 Holy Family University.
In last week's rankings the Lady Chargers were tied for tenth place in the region.
