LUCY COOGAN, Caldwell – Junior forward scored a season-high 27 points and grabbed 10 rebounds as the Cougars defeated Staten Island, 77-69, on Saturday. Shot 9 for 15 from the floor.

Co-PLAYER OF THE WEEK

TANASHA MILLS, Dominican – Graduate guard turned in 19 points, four rebounds and 12 assists during the Chargers' 72-63 home win over regionally-ranked Jefferson on Saturday.

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK

LAUREN PALANGIO, Holy Family – Made 7 of 9 field-goal attempts and recorded season-high 15 points, four rebounds and four assists in just 16 minutes to help lead the No. 21 Tigers to a 68-45 victory over Post on Saturday.

DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK

EMILY SEKERAK, Chestnut Hill – Senior center averaged 9.5 rebounds (8.0 defensive) and 3.0 blocks as the Griffins went 1-1 and held opponents to 35-percent shooting. Had seven defensive rebounds and career-best five blocks during a loss to Shippensburg.

 

HONOR ROLL

ZAHKIYYAH FRAZIER, Bridgeport – Averaged 12.5 points and 11.0 rebounds during an 0-2 week for the Purple Knights.
TAYLOR HINKLE, Holy Family – Tallied 13 points and 14 rebounds as the Tigers topped Post.
JULIE KULESZA, Goldey-Beacom – Averaged 18.0 points, 4.5 rebounds and 5.0 assists during the Lightning's 2-0 week. Was 5 for 8 from distance and 13 of 14 at the foul line.
CASSIE MURPHY, Jefferson – Scored season-high 25 points with 10 rebounds despite the Rams' loss at Dominican.
KATHERINE RITCHIE, Felician – Netted 21 points and added eight rebounds and five assists during a home loss to Georgian Court.
TANESHIA TUCKER, Bloomfield – Played all 40 minutes, scoring 27 points with four rebounds, during a loss at Goldey-Beacom.
