ALEX SARDIS, Caldwell – Finished first in the individual standings at the CACC Invitational #1, which the Cougars hosted at Rockaway Lanes. Shot 1041 for five traditional games (208.2 average), including games of 236 and 239. Had a Baker frame average of 18.10, an overall frame average of 19.49, and a strike percentage of 51.0 percent. Helped Caldwell to a 7-3 dual-match record and a tie for second place.

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK

KYRA WALTER, Dominican – Shot 923 for five traditional games at the CACC Invitational #1, including games of 230 and 224. Tied for fourth in the individual standings. Posted a Baker frame average of 19.20 and an overall frame average of 18.83. Converted 21 of 22 single-pin spare opportunities.

SYDNEY JONES, Wilmington – Finished fifth individually with 923 in traditional play and posted an 18.92 Baker frame average at the CACC Invitational #1.
VIVIAN LUNA, Felician – Shot 931 in traditional play – good for third place – and bowled to a 19.14 Baker frame average at the CACC Invitational #1.
LAUREN MARKS, Caldwell – Averaged 194.6 for five traditional games – second to teammate Sardis – and 19.80 per frame in Baker play at the CACC Invitational #1
