The Lady Chargers improve to 13-2 overall on the season while the Saints fall to 8-7.
Kristinamarie Kaszovitz (Hicksville, N.Y.) recorded eight saves and earned her 12th win on the season in goal for Dominican.
Brinn Stworzydlak recorded 13 saves for the Saints but suffered the loss.
Madelyn Grella (Monmouth Beach, N.J.) scored a team-high five goals for the Lady Chargers and recorded two assists for seven points. Jordana Tomasetti (Middletown, N.J.) scored four goals while Erica Ortiz (Slate Hill, N.Y.) added three goals.
Grace DeStasio (West Hempstead, N.Y.) scored two goals and recorded two assists. Caitlin Costello (Seaford, N.Y.) scored one goal and recorded a team-high four assists.
Sydney Strohmayer (Rocky Point, N.Y.) and Ellie Brouwer (West Long Branch, N.J.) each scored one goal in the win. Erin Carr (Wall, N.J.) and Tomasetti combined for seven draw controls. Anna Kaminskey (Mount Sinai, N.Y.) and DeStasio each recorded three draw controls.
Both teams played a close first half with Dominican leading 9-4 at halftime. Two goals each by Grella and Tomasetti in the first quarter put Dominican in front. Five different goal scorers in the second quarter extended the lead to 9-4.
D'Youville scored twice in the first quarter and twice in the second quarter. Emily Fischer and Sydney Gordon each scored in the first quarter while Sam Newlin scored both of her goals in the third quarter.
Kaszovitz pitched a shutout in the second half by recording five saves. Dominican added eight second half goals to take control of the game and secured the 17-4 victory.
Dominican returns to action on Tuesday, April 25th when they return to conference play against the University of Bridgeport at 4:00 PM.
