
WOMEN'S LACROSSE RANKED IN IWLCA DIVISION II COACHES POLL
IWLCA Division II Coaches Poll - March 31, 2025
Orangeburg, N.Y. (3/31/25) The Dominican University women's lacrosse team has been ranked in the latest Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) Division II Poll which was released today.
This is the first time this season, the Lady Chargers appear in the poll.
Dominican is currently 8-1 overall on the season and 4-0 in Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC), while sporting a seven-game winning streak. The team also riding a 16-game CACC winning streak that dates back to April 15, 2023.
The Lady Chargers are the only team from the CACC to appear in the poll and one of six teams from the East Region. DUNY has faced off against two teams that are in the rankings with a loss to #5 Florida Southern College and a come from behind victory over #24 University of New Haven.
In total, 25 teams are represented in the poll, with voters—representing college coaches from across the nation—reflecting on the latest developments in women's lacrosse. The rankings are based on weekly performances, with the poll set to be released each Monday throughout the season.
