WYSOCKI EARNS ALL-CACC HONORS

Orangeburg, N.Y. (11/13/24)  Caldwell University's Taina Gevais has been selected as the 2024 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Women's Soccer Player of the Year. Gervais, who was also voted onto the All-CACC First Team at forward, headlines the all-conference teams and major award winners announced today by CACC Commissioner Dan Mara. The voting was conducted by the conference's 12 head coaches.

Georgian Court University's Chelsea Lavezzo received the Rookie of the Year honors, while Carly Yeager of Thomas Jefferson University was named the Defensive Player of the Year.  TJU's Liv Riddel earned the Goalkeeper of the Year accolades and Kyle Schumann, also from TJU, was named the CACC Coach of the Year.  Lincoln University is the winner of the Women's Soccer Team Sportsmanship Award.

Dominican University New York had one player receive All-Conference accolades as senior midfielder Isabella Wysocki was named to the All-CACC First Team.  Wysocki, a native of Rahway, N.J., earns her third All-CACC honors as she was previously named to the All-CACC Second Team in 2023 and to the All-CACC First Team in 2022.  This season she has been named to the CACC Weekly Honor Roll three times.  Wysocki is currently ninth in the conference and second on the team in goals.  She ranks eighth in the conference and second on the team in points.
