
LADY CHARGERS FALL TO EAGLES
Middlebury, Conn. (9/30/24) The Dominican University New York women's tennis team fell in Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) action to host, Post University, 5-2 this afternoon in a match played Edgewood Bath and Tennis.
Following the match, the Lady Chargers now stand at 1-4 overall and 0-4 in conference play.
Today's match is a continuation of a suspended match from September 25th due to inclement weather.
Angelina Amelkina and Lia Sarjveladze edged out their opponents, 7-6, in doubles.
Amelkina followed with a win in first singles, defeating her counterpart, 7-6 and 6-2.
In sixth singles, Ava O'Brien, brought home the 6-2, 6-0 win.
