PRINCE EARNS ALL-CACC HONORS; LADY CHARGERS FINISH EIGHTH AT CACC XC CHAMPIONSHIPS

Philadelphia, Pa. (10/27/24) The Dominican University New York women's cross country team finished in eighth place today at the 2024 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Cross Country Championships held at Belmont Plateau and hosted by Thomas JeffersoN University.

The Lady Chargers finished the 5k race with a total of 198 points. Freshman Kaelyn Prince was the top finisher for Dominican as she took 14th place with a time of 21:28.6 (06:54.7 average). For her stellar performance, she was named to the All-CACC Team.

Anna Murphy took 40th place with a time of 24:09.5 (07:46.5 average), while Sarai Cruz finished in 41st place with a time of 24:18.6 (07:49.4 average).
