2020 CACC MEN'S TENNIS PRESEASON POLL RELEASED
New Haven, Conn. (2/7/20) Two-time reigning champ Concordia College earned the first-place spot in the 2020 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Men's Tennis Preseason Coaches Poll, as announced on Friday by Commissioner Dan Mara. The Clippers earned 25 points and five-of-six first-place votes, as the voting was conducted by the league's six head coaches in the sport.

The Clippers earned 25 points and five-of-six first-place votes, as the voting was conducted by the league's six head coaches in the sport.
Chestnut Hill College, which advanced to last year's CACC final, was second in the poll with 19 points and the other first-place nod, while Thomas Jefferson University rounded out the upper half of the preseason slate with 16 points.
Concordia and CHC each return several letterwinners from last season, as the two teams have duked it out in the CACC Championship Final in each of the last two seasons -- both victories for the Clippers. Chestnut Hill was the 2017 CACC Champion.
Dominican College is in their inaugural season in the sport.

The 2020 spring season gets underway this month, as it will be a buildup to the CACC Men's Tennis Championship, April 25-26, at Edgewood Bath & Tennis Club in Middlebury, Conn. Post University will serve as the host institution for the event.
