CHARGERS FINISH THIRD AT CACC CHAMPIONSHIPS
Middletown, Del. (10/2/17) The Dominican College men's golf team finished in third place at the 2017 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Golf Championships held at Back Creek Golf Course and hosted by Wilmington University.

The Chargers were four shots better today as they compiled a team score of 304 and finished the tournament with a 612 (+44) total score and third place finish. Host, Wilmington University took home the team title with a team score of 586, followed by Concordia College with a 606.
Junior Leonard Lee (Wyckoff, N.J.) earned All-Tournament honors with his 148 (+6) (73, 75) total score to finish in a tie for fifth place.
Daniel Parker (Ocean City, Md.) bested yesterday's score of 80 by six strokes and shot a 74 this round to combine for a 154 (+12) total and 10th place finish.
Teammates Hunter Wescott (Portland, Ore.) and Carlos Armas Stenner (Durango, Mexico) both tied for 13th place with a 156 (+14) total score. Wescott shot a 81 and 75, while Stenner had rounds of 76 and 80.
Bryce Tickner (Victoria, British Columbia) took 22nd place with rounds of 79 and 81 to finish with a combined score of 160 (+18).
Dominican will travel to the College of Saint Rose Fall Shootout this coming Friday and Saturday.
