FIVE MEN'S LACROSSE PLAYERS NAMED TO 2020-21 CACC ALL-ACADEMIC TEAM
NEW HAVEN, Conn. (7/19/21) Forty (40) student-athletes on Monday were named to the 2020-21 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Men's Lacrosse All-Academic Team, as announced by Commissioner Dan Mara. The 40 honorees represent all seven CACC member institutions that have a varsity program in the sport.

LIST OF HONOREES: 2020-21 CACC MEN'S LACROSSE ALL-ACADEMIC TEAM
NEW HAVEN, Conn. (7/19/21) Forty (40) student-athletes on Monday were named to the 2020-21 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Men's Lacrosse All-Academic Team, as announced by Commissioner Dan Mara. The 40 honorees represent all seven CACC member institutions that have a varsity program in the sport.
Dominican College had five players named to the CACC Men's Lacrosse All-Academic Team with Bryan O'Loughlin (Nanuet, N.Y.) earning his third All-Academic honors and Lorcan Teahan (Sparkill, N.Y.) picking up his second All-Academic allocades. O'Loughlin sports a cumulative grade point average of 3.60 on his major of Education, while Teahan holds a GPA of 3.57 in his major of Athletic Training. Allan Stein (Levittown, N.Y.) makes his first appearance on the All-Academic Team as he maintains a cumulative GPA of 3.52 in his undergraduate degree of History and a GPA of 3.66 in his master's program of Adolescent Education and Special Education. Brian Barker (Wyckoff, N.J.) has a cumulative grade-point average of 3.64 in his major of Business Management and Charles Bassi (Allentown, N.J.) maintains a GPA of 3.61 in his major of Education.
Wilmington University, which advanced to the CACC Championship Final, led the way with a dozen honorees, including Keeshawn Bell's and Noah Brock's team-high tying 3.82 cumulative grade point averages. Caldwell University was next with eight student-athletes being recognized, including Christopher Snow, who had the top GPA on his squad with a 3.93 mark.
Chestnut Hill College, which captured the 2021 CACC title, had five student-athletes make the squad, including CACC Player of the Year Carson Rees.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
♦ Three of the honorees earned GPAs of 3.90 or higher.
♦ Seven of the honorees made the CACC Men's Lacrosse All-Academic Team for the second time.
♦ Three of the honorees made the All-Academic squad for the third time.
