DOMINICAN'S MARTINEZ EARNS D2CCA ALL-EAST REGION HONORS

Orangeburg, N.Y. (11/22/19) Dominican College men's soccer player, Maximino Casares Martinez (Ciudad de Panama, Panama) has been named to the 2019 Division II Conference Commissioner's Association (D2CCA) All-East Region Second Team as was announced by the organization this past Wednesday.

Orangeburg, N.Y. (11/22/19) Dominican College men's soccer player, Maximino Casares Martinez (Ciudad de Panama, Panama) has been named to the 2019 Division II Conference Commissioner's Association (D2CCA) All-East Region Second Team as was announced by the organization this past Wednesday.

This is Martinez's first D2CCA All-Region accolades. He is one of 11 players from the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) to earn D2CCA All-Region honors.

A sophomore midfielder, led the team in goals (11), assists (8) and points (30). He had two game-winning goals this season and was a perfect 2-2 in penalty kick attempts. Martinez has had four multi-goal games this year.

In the CACC he was tied for sixth in goals, tied for fourth in assists and is sixth in points.
