MEN'S TRACK AND FIELD COMPETE AT ARMORY LAST CHANCE MEET

The 4x200m relay team of Dariel Suarez (North Bergen, N.J.) Lowell Pierrette (Elmsford, N.Y.), Patrick Bateman (Pearl River, N.Y.) and Jaylen Cruz (Middletown, N.Y.) took second place with a time of 1:33.32.
Pierrette took sixth place in the 60m dash with a time of 7.42, while Suarez finished in 16th place with a time of 7.59 and Hector DeLorenzo (Ridgefield Park, N.J.) took 27th place with a time of 7.79.
In the 200m dash Pierrette finished in 25th place with a time of 23.14 and Bateman took 40th place with a time of 23.70. Suarez ran a time of 23.91 to take 49th place, while Cruz finished in 60th place with a time of 24.18 and DeLorenzo took 76th place with a time of 24.88.
Bateman and Cruz also competed in the 400m dash and finished in 27th and 31st place with times of 52.72 and 53.45.
The mile run event featured Nicholas Beutel (Woodcliff Lake, N.J.) who finished in 41st place with a time of 4:58.92 and Oscar Vidal (New City, N.Y.) ran a time of 5:07.75 to finish in 49th place.
Pierrette took ninth place in the long jump with a jump of 6.03m (19 feet, 9.5 inches) and DeLorenzo finished in 15th place with a jump of 5.75m (18 feet, 10.5 inches).
The shot put event saw Vincent Faison (Chester, N.Y.) took 27th place with a throw of 7.43m (24 feet, 4.5 inches).
Cameron Whitton (Monroe, N.Y.) competed in the 800m run and finished with a time of 2:11.91 to place 59th.
