CHARGERS RALLY TO DEFEAT CLIPPERS
Orangeburg, N.Y. (2/26/20) The Dominican College men's basketball team rallied from a one point deficit at the half to defeat the Concordia College Clippers, 85-76, this evening in a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) game played on Coach Baxter Court in the Hennessy Center.

With the win Dominican, currently ranked eighth in the NCAA East Region, improves to 21-4 overall and 14-4 in conference play.
Senior guard Daraja Rodwell (Baldwin, N.Y.) scored a game leading 23 points, five rebounds, three assists and three steals.
Tedrick Wilcox (Pawtucket, R.I.) netted 14 points, five rebounds and three blocks, while senior Jason Copman (Cumberland, Md.) produced the double-double of 13 points and 14 rebounds.
Guard Jonathan Garcia (Springfield, Mass.) delivered 11 points, six rebounds and three assists and Jalen Burgess (Springfield Gardens, N.Y.) netted 10 points and four rebounds.
All five starters for Concordia also scored in double figures.
Concordia opened the game with the first eight points and held an 11-2 advantage with 17:44 left in the first half. Ahead 25-21 with 5:20 to go in the half, back to back layups from Copman tied the game and later a dunk from Wilcox would re-tie the score with under a minute to go. A Clipper free throw would put them up 30-29 at the break.
The game was tied at 50-all with 11:53 left in the second half when Dominican on a 19-5 tear to claim a 69-55 with a little over five minutes to go and help secure the win.
Dominican closes out the regular season on Saturday afternoon when they host Nyack College on Coach Baxter Court for Senior Day.
