Rutherford, N.J. (2/28/24) The Dominican University New York men's basketball team wrapped up the regular season tonight with a 76-67 loss to the Golden Falcons of Felician University in a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) game played in Job Gymnasium.
The Chargers end the regular season with an overall record of 18-10 and a CACC record of 9-7. The team also splits the season series with Felician as both teams won on their home courts.
Sophomore guard Isaiah Honis (Bridgewater, N.J.) scored a career high 18 points (7-13 from the floor; 3-6 from the three point arc), five rebounds and three steals.
Joshua Serrano (Amityville, N.Y.) netted 13 points, while Seth Sharif-Brown (Hackensack, N.J.) also score 13 points and pulled down a team best eight boards in the loss.
Guard Jaden Honis (Bridgewater, N.J.) recorded seven points and four rebounds.
Dominican is one of five teams in the CACC North Division in contention for a playoff spot in the upcoming CACC Men's Basketball Championship Tournament scheduled to begin on March 6th.
