The loss snaps a three-game winning streak for the Lady Chargers and drops their record to 4-6 overall and 2-1 in CACC play.
Junior Jasmine Gee (Englewood, N.J.) came off the bench to lead Dominican with 12 points and nine rebounds.
Forward Alpreshia Parker (Pocono Summit, Pa.) added 11 points and four rebounds also in reserve.
CACC Player of the Week, Samantha McClutchy (Washington Township, N.J.) netted 10 points and nine rebounds, while Khay'la Latimer (Teaneck, N.J.) also tallied nine caroms and contributed eight points in the loss.
Bionca Chambers led the Golden Falcons with 14 points.
Felician (2-6, 2-0 CACC) led 16-13 following the first quarter of play, but Dominican used a 20 point second period to cut the deficit to 34-33 at the intermission.
Eight straight points from the Golden Falcons to start the second half rebuilt a 42-33 advantage and led 47-40 with about two and a half minutes left in the quarter. Back-to-back buckets from Gee brought DC to within three points (47-44), but three Felician free-throws gave them a 50-44 lead going into the final 10 minutes.
The Golden Falcons led 58-48 with 5:40 to go, but a 10-2 Dominican tear capped off by a trey from sophomore Korina Guerra (White Plains, N.Y.) made the score 64-60 with 1:47 on the clock. Felician closed out the contest going 4-4 from the charity stripe for the 64-60 victory.
DC struggled offensive in the contest, shooting just 35.5% (22-62) from the floor, 28.6% (8-28) from the three-point arc and 61.5% (8-13) from the foul line.
Dominican returns to action on December 30th when they travel to non-conference opponent, Southern Connecticut State University. Game time is slated for 1:30 pm.
