TOMLINSON NAMED TO ALL-MET DIVISION II WOMEN'S COLLEGE BASKETBALL SECOND TEAM
Orangeburg, N.Y. (4/15/20) Dominican College women's basketball player, Taylor Tomlinson, has been named to the 2019-2020 All-Met Division II Women's College Basketball Second Team as was announced by the Met Basketball Writers Association today.
Orangeburg, N.Y. (4/15/20) Dominican College women's basketball player, Taylor Tomlinson, has been named to the 2019-2020 All-Met Division II Women's College Basketball Second Team as was announced by the Met Basketball Writers Association today.
Tomlinson, a sophomore forward from Middletown, N.Y., makes her first appearance on the All-Met Team this season. Previously, she was named to the All-Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Second Team for the first time in her career. Tomlinson had earned two CACC Defensive Player of the Week honors and was named to the CACC Weekly Honor Roll four times. She ranked in the top five in the conference in blocks and field goals, while sitting in the top ten in field goal perentage, total rebounds and offensive boards. Tomlinson rounded out the top 15 in the CACC in defensive rebounds, points and points per game and led the Lady Chargers in points per game.
She was the only player from the CACC to take a spot on the All-Met Teams.
