Orangeburg, N.Y. (9/24/19) The Dominican College women's volleyball team fell in Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) action this evening to the visiting Cougars of Caldwell University, 3-0 (10-25, 14-25, 18-25), in a match played on Coach Baxter Court in the Hennessy Center.

Senior Malia Robinson (Jersey City, N.J.) led Dominican with four kills, while Deanna Knopf (Hauppauge, N.Y.) added three kills.

Essence Boyd tallied seven assists, while freshman Alicia Dennis (Kemp, Texas) recorded a team best seven defensive digs.

For the Cougars, Marina Schlaepfer recorded a night best 12 kills and Chloe Kissner had eight assists.  Samantha Ashton had a match best 23 assists and Humiko Stormer had a night best nine defensive digs.

Dominican returns to action on Thursday evening when they host the Bears of Bloomfield College in a CACC match.
