The Chargers improve to 5-9 overall and 3-3 in the CACC. Felician falls to 3-8 overall and 2-4 in conference play.
Steffen Peabody (Brookhaven, N.Y.) earned his third win of the season by recording 15 saves and only allowed two second half goals.
Nick Grebe suffered the loss in goal for Felician and recorded seven saves.
William Gordon (Amityville, N.Y.) scored a team-high four goals and added one assist for five points. Daniel Carson (Lindenhurst, N.Y.) also recorded five points with one goal scored and four assists.
Sean Cosgrove (Warwick, N.Y.) and Kyle Benedetto (Wantagh, N.Y.) each scored two goals. Brenden O'Connor (Lindenhurst, N.Y.) and Chad Keyser (Kingston, N.Y.) each added one goal.
Dominican's faceoff man Patrick Roderka (Warwick, N.Y.) finished 11-19 on faceoffs and recorded a team-high six ground balls.
Felician jumped out to an early 3-0 lead after the first quarter. Dominican answered with five goals in the second quarter from four different goal scorers including two goals by Gordon to give the Chargers a 5-4 lead at halftime.
Peabody made five total saves to shutout the Golden Falcons in the third quarter. Two goals by Benedetto, Cosgrove's second of the game, and Gordon's third of the game extended the lead to 9-4.
Both teams traded goals in the fourth quarter but Dominican secured the 11-6 win.
The Chargers return to action on Friday when they host the Lions of Georgian Court University at the Torne Valley Sports Complex at 4:00 PM.
